What our guests say
Impressions from the slopes.
“We spent the last days of 2025 in Gstaad, and the experience was truly outstanding thanks to Julen from the Rougemont ski school. Throughout the week, he guided us to the best ski spots and made every day enjoyable and well organized. What stood out even more was his work with our six-year-old daughter. He gave her practical, confidence-building tips, and after just a few days she couldn’t stop asking to ski more and keep learning. … His manners and professionalism were impeccable.”
“We loved our stay in Gstaad with our family, such a lovely place for both skiing and relaxing. I would definitely recommend Rougemont Ski School. They are punctual, highly skilled instructors, and even better people. A special thanks to Carl, polite, professional, and with a great sense of humour. The kids absolutely loved him! We’re already looking forward to our next stay in Gstaad and with Rougemont.”
“I had an absolutely fantastic experience with the ski instructor Carl Fredric Hjarne. From the very first moment I felt safe and well taken care of, and it was clear that he has a very high level of skill and a lot of experience. … What impressed me the most was how quickly I noticed improvement. Carl immediately sees what you need to work on and gives clear, practical tips that actually work right away. … It was simply excellent from start to finish.”
“As a travel agency arranging ski holidays for our clients, we have the pleasure of working with this Ski Rougemont on a regular basis to organize private ski instructors, and the experience has truly been exceptional every time. From the very first inquiry to the last run on the slopes, the team is incredibly supportive and attentive to every detail. … It gives us great peace of mind knowing our clients are in such caring hands.”

We recommend booking as early as possible for Christmas, New Year and the February school holidays, when instructor availability is most limited. Outside peak periods, we can often accommodate shorter-notice requests depending on availability.
Can I request the same instructor each year?
Absolutely. Many of our returning guests request the same instructor season after season. Let us know who you've skied with previously and we'll always do our best to reunite you, subject to availability.
